Forgot to mention - I think Arden stopped making the splash about 5 years ago. Don't know anything about the spray.
I love this fragrance. It reminds me of old fashioned barbershops, smelling of talcum and lavender and sandalwood. So clean, so masculine, so very, very sexy.
used it since 1960. Found my last bottle 10 years ago. Is it still made?
I have used Arden Sandalwood (5.9oz splash) since it first came out. It is excellent. However, I just went on the Internet to order another bottle and find that is "Out Of Stock" everywhere! What happened? The 3.4oz spray is available all over, but I much prefer the splash. Where can I get it? Thank you all for any help.
I,v been looking for this fragrance for ages. I think the fragrance is classic, one of a kind. I used to wear this in the 70's. I just order a bottle, I'm glad I foung this site.
Just a true classic cologne to be worn for every day use but not evenings
gives me a feeling of one solemn antique duke... really Arden made the best Men wear **Greenwood** which was women attraction tool... fresh and masculine. this Sandalwood just give a clue recall with its base notes
Whoa !! Talk about strong and smelly ! Wear this and everyone at the office will start to sneeze ! A really long lasting nose itching scent. Pity - I thought sandalwood would be a warm incense like smell. This is nothing like that !
