warm and romantic. sweet and spicy. very different than anything on the market. very creative and a good change of pace from an american drsigner. with all that said spark seduction is a tad bit better even though i really enjoy this.

Nice fragrance. Perfect for romantic evenings. I think it's best worn during cold weather.

I like it. One of my favs. It's not very strong. I usually put 4 sprays. Very nice,warm,unique smell. I am not sure if it designed to last for 6-8 hours, being a romantic type cologne. Well,it doesn't last very long. But last long enough to have a dinner and a few hours of ...play.

Smells like a knockoff of Chanel's "Egoiste" to me. In fact, that's what immediate came to mind when I smelled a sample of "Spark". Cayenne pepper? Rum? Naw.. this is a tobacco/herbal scent.

This warm & sensual aroma is spicy-cool with some rich woods and is truly babe-magnetic.

My husband loves this scent. I hate it! It smells horrible and is almost overpowering. I would rather he wear nothing than this.

This very ambery and spicy/woody and kind of herbal smelling cologne smells different than most colognes I've smelled before but it seems to be the choice for an alcoholic.

This is a great scent but I think the name here does not cut it. It's more like an explosion the minute you spray it on,and you have the ladies hot on your trail wherever you go. This one's definitely a keeper.

a unique sweet spicy blend and most noticeably a trace of bourbon. wouldn't want to get pulled over wearing a lot of this lol. smells kind of like you've been drinking.

I think spark is a great smell, it is spicy smelling...I think it is more bold than some cologhnes which have more of a aftershave smell, girls and boys tell me i smell good. If you like spark, you might want to try "Obsession" from Calvin Klein, Which also has a mature spicy manly smell to it. Trust me it is a keeper.

Decent smell, actualy very pleasant. I really like the cognac or rum note in it, but it is kind of light.

The rum and cognac really stick out in this warm and relaxing aroma. The women love it, but so far I've been told by 3 or 4 other guys that have worn it that it smells like an alcoholic's cologne.

Was given a 0.3 oz sample and another bad smell from Liz here. The combination of honey and rum is not what I wish smell on myself.

I decided that I love this one after getting free sample. This cologne is a must-have but should not be worn as everyday cologne because it's one of those ones you'll get tired of smelling or wont smell. This cologne makes me feel so sexy. I let my friends smell it and some of them thougt it was too tangy or that it was winter smell (TRUE). IT's just one of those smells that is undeniable. This cologne is old school and new school. It reminds me of back in the day but now at the same time. Believe me. After I use all my other colognes I'm getting this one and Reaction.

If you like Spark, then you'll love 'Spark Seduction' , if thought the original could have gotten any better, it has! Spark is GOOD, Spark Seduction is EXCELLENT!

After shopping for my boyfriend for hours, at the scent counter, I caught a wiff of Spark for Men and I knew I had to buy it for him. Its the best, makes me want to pounce on him everytime he wears it.

Ive tried Spark and it think its really good, it has an awesome drydown and is great for those cool/cold nights i think. I also tried the new Spark SEDUCTION, and i think i like seduction a little bit more overall. Spark has a sweeter smell to it than SEDUCTION does. Id go with SEDUCTION just cause its better for those romantic encounters ;)

It seems to me that no matter when I try it, it always smells like cinnamon, and unless you like smelling like a snickerdoodle, leave this one alone. Go try Bora Bora or Mambo instead.

Just tried Spark, not exactly what I expected, but a decent cologne. Not as strong as Joop or Desire or Lagerfeld, but it does dry down to a somewhat warm, mild smell. Probably won't wear it much during summer, maybe just those cool nights. Just something about the cologne that makes it seem like a fall/cool weather cologne.

FELLAS: WHEN YOU CREATE A "SPARK", THERE IS BOUND TO BE A MAJOR FIRE THE MORE YOUR LADY SMELLS THIS WONDERFUL SCENT. WITH THIS, LIZ HAS OUTDONE HERSELF.

I bought this fragrance for my Dad, and it's one of his favorites now. It smells good - a nice, strong fragrance for men.

I bought this very warm fragrance based on the notes in it, particularly the rum and cognac. This is the first time in around 3 years since the retirement of Claiborne Sport from my then small collection that I've worn anything by Liz. I find it to be a definite evening fragrance and even for romantic wear. I don't think too many younger women maybe under the age of around 25 will find it very attractive, though. Otherwise, a welcome addition to my collection.

Spark really lasts without being overbearing or offensive. The spicy, classy scent is (imo) best suited for formal / evenings out scenarios. It is not casual. Most will like it I think.

My only problem with any Claiborne fragrance e.g., Curve, is that every guy in America runs and buys it, as will certainly happen with this. Not wanting to be a Claiborne clone I'll stay away, but it really is a nice enough fragrance.

I recently bought this Liz Claiborne fragrance for my man and all I can say is Oh-la-la. The Sparks did fly. It's one of those come-follow-me fragrances at a very reasonable price.

IT'll do for what it is. I won't wear it but don't find it offensive.

I agree with Mr. Longrove.....Liz Claiborne FINALLY made a good fragrance for men. This one smells kinda like spicy root beer in a good way. Great dry down and lasts for hours. I sampled several fragrances and my girl friend (who was shopping across the store) started sniffing me until she came to the spot I sprayed Spark. "OH GOD, GET THAT ONE!!!!!" is all she said. She had a look of a wild animal in her eyes and I knew Liz finally got it right.

i tried this on today and it reminded me of dolce & gabbana but still a fine scent

Up until I tried Spark, I haven't really been all that impressed with Liz Claiborne colognes. Curve is good but the rest have been just so-so. Spark on the other hand has a deep scent and is not at all over bearing. I can detect the honey, amber and sandalwood notes clearly. Spark fades nicely and I can still smell it after 12 hours of wearing it. It's perfect for fall/winter months and I'll probably wear it exclusively until spring.
