Like any perfume, the chemistry of the wearer makes a huge difference. I have worn this perfume since I was in the 8th grade...yes, that means over 20 years. I have tried dozens of different colognes since then, many designers and styles, and this remains my favorites. I wear it daily and always get compliments...but like any scent, if it doesn't smell good on you, don't wear it!

Where can I find the "Perfume" I dont' really like the colgne as much as I do the perfume. I can't find the perfume anywhere. It has a gold top the colgne has a blue top

BEST FRAGRANCE ! I have worn this for years. It's so soft, sensual and feminine. Men love it ! I ALWAYS receive so many compliments when I wear it and it NEVER gives me a headache like so many of the over priced big name fragrances do. I'd be lost without it and am so glad I don't have to go to a department store to find it.

MY MOM BOUGHT THIS FOR ME WHEN I WAS IN COLLEGE. IT ISN'T OVERPOWERING---WELL, AS LONG AS YOU DON'T BATHE IN IT, WHICH IS TRUE FOR ANY FRAGRANCE. I STILL GRAB A BOTTLE OCCASIONALLY, AND I GET COMPLIMENTS WHEN I WEAR IT.

I do think there are similarities between Navy and Sensi (Sensi being one of my faves). Navy might be a good choice for a lady on a budget. Much nicer than Exclamation and others in this price range.

I sprayed this on my wrist last night while shopping in the store. I am surprised that this smelled rather nice. It is powdery but in a good way. I might buy some of this the next time I go back.

I love this perfume, and I have been wearing it for at least 12 years. Even though I have tried other perfumes, Navy always smell great on me and I have lots of fans when I pass them by!!! Love It To Death!!!

Like a few other posters, I used to wear this a lot in middle school, around '94 and '95. Now, since those were not very good years (heh...), I don't care for any of the perfumes I loved back then. This one isn't terrible or as offensively heavy as some of the other stuff I wore (like a White Diamonds knockoff or even ::shudder:: Jocelyn Smith's California). It came out fairly light on me. But it just smells strange, and yes, a little cheap. Plus, the name is a turn-off; one of the other traumas of my middle-school years is that we had to wear these hideous navy-and-white uniforms. Ugh...

This stuff reminds me of the airfreshener that they use in the bathrrooms at hocking college coool1

You can't beat the price for this one. I have been wearing it for years and get compliments on it. Its a soft and can be worn anytime of day.

I got Navy body mist for Christmas and it smells very nice,although the scent does not last too long and now for my birthday,got it again but this time it was quite a shocker. The spray cologne looks exactly like milk and I'm wondering if that's normal.

Navy is good when you want to put on a casual scent. It's not excellent, but it's pretty good.

I used to LOVE this stuff when I was in middle school. Yes, middle school. Now I think of it as cheap and generic. I used to work with a woman who doused herself in this and Marlboro reds daily.

my mom had some of this stuff in the early 90's, she said that she liked it but would NEVER wear it long term. i think its cheap, and you shouldnt wear a perfume by a make-up company that sells its stuff in places like wal-mart

I have been wearing Navy for at least 8 years. Wherever I go, people always stop and ask what fragrance I'm wearing and exclaim about how beautiful it is. It's the only fragrance I wear now. I'd describe it as soft and sensual, as have the many others who have complimented me on it. Whenever I have it on, I'm sure to get a mmmm...what are you wearing ?

Someone has said that NAVY smells like Giorgio Armani's SENSI. So if you don't want to spend big bucks on Sensi just buy Navy!!!

Have worn it for 13 years and is still my favorite!!! Would also like to see body spray - had a bottle once and have never seen it in any stores.

Navy is an inexpensive yet lovely fragrance. Not everyone who wants a nice fragrance has the big bucks to spend. It's particularly nice for young girls on a limited budget.

Smells ok. Not that fantastic, but it is rather powdery smelling so at least not offensive. I used to love it but then decided it was a bit too much. I think people either love or hate this one. NEVER buy a huge bottle unless you are sure you love it.

I have a friend who wears this and it describes, cheap and not very good.

I started wearing Navy when I started wearing Exclamation. It smells nice...but there are better one's on today's market. Still though...all in all, it's not a bad perfume...
