I 've been using vivid for 15 years, I think it is gorgeous. It is light and not cloying and doesn't give me headaches like poison and 4711. At the moment I am unable to buy another bottle.

When first applied, the top note is a bit much, but after a few minutes when the undernotes start to come out, it is a wonderful fragrance. It is the only one I wear. I live in Florida, and so many colognes do not do well in heat and humidity. This one stands up in the heat and in cool weather as well without being overpowering. I'm complimented all the time when I wear it - by both men and women. I've had numerous men ask me what I was wearing because then wanted to buy it for their wife or girlfriend.

I tried this and it is soooo strong wow! Not my kind of perfume. Smells a little like flowers and coconut or something. Nice bottle though.

This product is the best that I have ever smell in my life. For a long time I couldn't find it at the store that I used to be able to by it at. If Liz never makes another fragrance, I wouldn't care, this one is awesome. GO VIVID

I tried it on a piece of paper and the smell was too strong and old fashioned. I took the paper out in the cold weather and it smelled OK. I don't recommend it. Wear it only in Winter and outside.

I have been wearing VIVID for years, and was also very sad to see it taking out of the stores. Everytime I wear it, I get compliments mostly by the opposite sex. It is so sweat and sexy, not musky like other perfumes. Keep it in the frig. it will last longer, and check out perfumespot.com to order more at a reasonable price. VIVID TO THE POINT OF OVERPOWERING - FROM THE TOP NOTES RIGHT DOWN TO THE BASE! BLOWS YOU AWAY! AS THE BASE NOTES DRYDOWN AND FADE HOWEVER, THE SCENT BECOMES MORE PLEASING!

I just got some of this recently and it was the first time I have smelled it. I think it is a great scent, not cheesy at all like the previous post suggests. The smell is beautiflul!

Again, this was a nice perfume in highschool but come on ladies...haven't we all grown up since then and refined our taste? Just plain boring, tacky, and generic. I recommend something like Coco by Mademoiselle or By by Dolce & Gabbana. Now those scents are original and catchy!

Perhaps the best from the Claiborne collection, I really love this fragrance and have been trying to get it for a year now, I hope they never discontinue this one cause to me its a classic, plus the nice comments from people make me feel good. I give 10 out of 10 to the ultra feminine fragrance

I like this perfume for daytime events, such as weddings. It's light but distinctive.

I found this fragrance about 10 yrs ago while shopping for another. The rep behind the counter was wearing this. I've been wearing Vivid on and off since then -- off only to conserve what I have so I don't run out of it. I'm delighted to find this website so I can order the parfume, powder (the best) and the body cream. In the summer all I need is a little cream, a dusting of powder and a tiny dab of parfume at my wrist & ears and I'm set. I think it's the sexist fragrance I've ever purchased. I keep coming back to it even after trying others. I love it!! It is Liz's best. All the others are too floral, too sweet and for too young a consumer base. I am 50+ but still want to feel elegant and like a sexy woman and Vivid does this. It's a classic and exudes style and grace. Try it, you won't be sorry.

I found Vivid while shopping with my sister. We fought over who would get to buy it because it smelled so good. I won, and now I have such a difficult time finding the sent that my sister now gloats that my sent is discontinued.

This is the best fragrance from Liz Claiborne. I still have a 5-piece set that I purchased years ago: talc, shower gel, lotion, 1 oz. EDT and a mini perfume. It reminds me of baby powder with a spicy, sexy twist to it. Still a great perfume!

This is my all time favorite perfume. I have worn it for years & have found none to be it's equal. It is sophisticate & sexy yet, let's you know that the woman who wears it has a sense of style. Try it and you will agree. It is her best fragrance ever. I hope and pray that it is brought back. It is so difficult to find it anymore.

Bought this for my girlfriend and this is the first time she actually loved my gift, to the point of ecstasy!!! She gets complimented too much now and everyone wants to know where she got that perfume. Smell is just a killer. Turns guys on sooooo much!!! You got to try it out!!!~

A few years ago I received from US a lovely perfume:VIVID. I have to say that I live in Europe, Romania and I've never found this perfume in this country.Now, I use Gucci Rush and Pacco Rabbane-Ultraviolet but nothing like Vivid. Please, let me know from where should I buy this perfume 'cause I REALLY LOVE IT!!!!

The most sensual and allure sent I've ever worn. I live in Europe and I can't find it anywhere there. And now I won't get it even in US! I'm awfully disappointed.

I can't believe they have discontinued Vivid. I have been looking all over for this fragrance for my wife melissa. It's our favorite. I love when she wears it, and it's been getting harder and harder to find since supplies are almost gone. I hope Liz Claiborn has a change of heart on this one and brings it back.

hell must have froze over. i have smelled this on strangers in the past and and made speechless with envy.the claiborne counter would be the last place i would look for a scent this awesome.liz c got one on me.

if you have them in your area: Marshalls TJ Maxx Gordmans Kohls Value City I have had a lot of luck finding these discontinued scents that are not very old at these stores. You may have other stores which are discount stores that sell designer products under a different name, check those out!

I agree tepic! But it's called marketing! I hate the ideal that they get rid of a lot of great smelling fragrances because of sales. I don't think they realize that the few who are crazy about it a particular scent can grow to many! Many years back I first smelled this fragrance (vivid), I did't like it but this year I found it in at a discontiued merchandise store! I tried it and love it! Things change with us sometimes. I purchased the toilette and lotion and I am very pleased!

I HAD BEEN USING IT SPARINGLY ANYWAY BECAUSE IT WAS MY FAVORITE FOR THE SPECIAL TIMES, BUT NOW THAT HE FOUND IT, I HAVE TO WEAR IT ALL THE TIME. HE LOVES IT TOO! I love this fragrance and get complimented on it as well. I have found it at such discount stores as Sam's and even in airport perfume discount stores. I'm concerned with how old it is though and if it would still smell as fresh as the new. I also put my vote in to bring it back!

I emailed Liz Claiborne about the discontinuance of this wonderful fragrance, and I was told that poor sales necessitated discontinuing it. I did find several bottle of it on eBay, and have them stored in my refrigerator to keep it fresh. I get comments ALL THE TIME when I wear this and people want to know what I have on. They love it. I wish Liz would bring it back!!!!!

I sometimes find this fragrance at Marshall's department store, for a very reasonable price.

Some years ago I bought Vivid because of the nice package, but I don't like the scent very much because it is so sweet.

I can't find Vivid in any of the dept stores anymore. i sometimes find it at Gordmans but they never have the sets with lotion, etc. Where can I order or find Vivid sets at?
