that fragrance was simply the best then and if it was still available it would be the best now. it would be so nice to have it back again.

My husband bought the perfume as a gift years ago and I fell in love with the scent. Why was it taken off the market? Nothing since even comes close to this wonderful scent. Please bring it back! I too was thinking of purchasing it, but not sure what the shelf life would be, can someone please tell me?

Can one of you really smart fragrance buffs out there please post the notes of the Original Victoria? I too have and am still BEGGING via emails, calls and letters to the company to bring this sophisticated/mature/sexy scent back!!!! Like many of you have said, even if it is just for holidays...you know the way Clinique does with their fragrance "Wrappings". I am not sure, this is what I am hoping someone can verify, but I think the Original Victoria has a stong top note of Lavender?

This perfume will ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE. I love it because it exudes femininity, refinement, sophistication and class. The wearer definitely feels very ladylike with this perfume. For me, this is first class and the new VS Bombshell Summer perfume comes only 2nd. So you can imagine how very disappointed I was when it was discontinued. I've found this perfume for sale on other sites and I'm considering buying it BUT the question is, HOW LONG HAVE THESE OTHER PLACES HAD THIS ON THEIR SHELF?? I'm hoping that VS will bring it back EVEN FOR A LIMITED TIME!!! When they do bring it back, watch it be requested and produced permanently!! :-)

This was and still is my favorite perfume fragrance. All other fragrances pale in comparison to this scent. Why can't you bring this product back for those who want it????

Okay, so maybe I shouldn't have been wearing perfume at the time but I was wearing this when I was like 10 or 11 and I loved it. I remember getting it for Christmas 2 years in a row and just being sooo elated. Too bad they discontinued it. I still have a half a bottle that I'm saving for nostalgia that I pop open every once in a while to get a whiff of. It's changed over time but I still smell my same old Victoria.

I just found this website. I agree Victoria Secret made a huge mistake by discontinuing the original scent. In my opinion, that is what helped VS get their start. I continue to ask store clerks if & when it will be back. Most don't even know what I am talking about, never heard of it. It frustrates me so I feel like not even going in their stores again. I have yet to find a scent so lovely. Not even any of their other perfumes come close. I have emailed their web site, but to this point have had no reply. Obviously they don't care.

They made such a big mistake discontinuing this fragrance - they have not come up with one yet they comes close to this beautiful fragrance - I went on VS website under contact us; and requested they bring this fragrance back - I would suggest that all who are interested in this fragrance, do the same.....

Victoria Secret is the best. It Completely changes how one feels. It should never be stopped at all.

Every other perfume makes me stink like I sprayed myself with fumigator. Victoria is the only perfume that mixes well with my chemistry! Bring it back!

I began wearing this about 8 years ago. Only Victoria! When it was discontinued, I went in search and was very excited to locate it at Perfume Emporium. Body chemistry has a lot to do with the final fragrance and I have not found another that compares. I travel quite a bit and have been stopped in elevators, in stores as well as at many social events just for someone to ask what fragarance I was wearing. This gave me quite a start the first few times. I've never been ask when wearing any other fragarance many of which has been much more expensive. I also miss the bath powder which has a very soft sent.

I would like to try this fragrance from all the positive and sad comments about it being discontinued. Have you all e-mailed or written to the Victoria Secret corporation directly? Perfume Emplorium is just a web site to sell fragrances. I doubt if they relay your messages to any of the perfume designers. Just a suggestion.

I was able to buy Victoria Secret from Perfume Emporium. Victoria Secret also sells a new fragrance line which includes one called '66' and it smells similar to VS. They have lotion and body wash as well.

I have been wearing Victoria Secret Perfume for over 12 years. I had quite an inventory and recently called Victoria Secret to order more only to find out they do not carry this product anymore. I tried my local store at the mall and they do not carry it either. Actually, I never dreamed this perfume would be discontinued. Oh my goodness!!! I finaly find a perfume that I can wear all day long that isn't to strong or musty smelling like all the other perfume out there. They just all smell the same. I loved this perfume dearly.. When I wore it every man in the room would tell me how good I smell. It just went well with my body chemistry. It is a sad day when a company lose's customer's due to poor marketing? I miss this perfume. As other's have stated this was the perfume that got me the most compliments. Total strangers mostly men would always stop me when I worn it to ask "What perfume are you wearing, it smells wonferful". If I had a dollar for every time I was asked that I would have quite a savings account. Please, Please bring this back.

I was given this for Christmas one year, and I find it to be a cloying stench. The fragrance is strong, uninspired, and insidious. Yuck.

No, they have not discounted this. I live in TX and can find it at every Victoria Secret. I love that and the Sweet Temptation. I am sad to hear that they have discontinued the Victoria perfume. I was going to buy some about a month ago, and learned they no longer sell it. I am very disappointed!

It totally perplexes me as to how/why Victoria's Secret would discontinue its MOST WONDERFUL fragrance! I have met more women, like me, who have found it to be the ONLY perfume that perfect strangers will stop to ask about! A CLASSIC fragrance NEVER should be discontinued!!!! Perhaps the executives at Victoria's Secret should look at how other old classics have stayed on the market so long (i.e., Channel No. 5, Shalimar, etc.). Perhaps they afraid of losing money on all the other USELESS, DISGUSTING fragrances they produced later - on which I'm sure they spent far too much money to create and market!
