| Not as masculine as you've been led to believe. Its definitely in the same neighborhood as Aramis JHL, not as overtly feminine, but sweet enough to be mistaken for perfume. I think this was Aramis' attempt to compete with Ralph Lauren's POLO (green bottle) back in 1978, but they failed to balance the sweeter elements of this scent effectively. |

| THIS IS THE BOMB! HERE IS ANOTHER CLASSY SCENT FROM ARAMIS. YES, THIS WAS A VERY POPULAR SCENT IN THE LATE 70'S -EARLY 80'S. THIS IS ONE SCENT YOU HAVE ON HAND JUST BECAUSE IT IS SO ORIGINAL WITH ALL THE MASCULINE INGREDIENTS LIKE: Basenotes such as Leather, Olibanum, Cedarwood, Amber, Musk, Moss, Patchouli, Labdanum.
Middle Notes: Jasmin, Carnation, Pine, Thyme, Cinnamon and Top Notes: Bergamot, Galbanum, Artemisia, Lemon.

| but less arid maybe, and more patchouli or maybe sandalwood as one of the top notes. aramis makes classics maybe except for aramis life and this is no exception. |

| Folks, i own a collection of over 40 fragrances and have sampled many more in my lifetime. I recently discovered ARAMIS DEVIN and i can see (or smell) why this 1970's-80's classic is still being sold. This mixture of citrus, herbs, insense and leather is addicting...like a drug for my nose. My only complaint is it could last longer...but that's just ok, i'm more than happy to re-spritz!!! I simply love this stuff. |
