HL is a soft musk scent, sweet and powdery, the EDP is better. But where is Cuiron, the best from Lang. Cuiron is better than this one, the best soft modern fruity leather scent ever, ever! Get your hands on a bottle if you can find it.

Good woody-floral musk is kind of pricy if you don't know where to shop and has an uninnovative bottle design for a bottle.

Helmut Lang smelled incredible for about 15 minutes and then the scent seem to fade almost completely. I'm not spending this much money for a fragrance that can barely be noticed. If you want a fragrance that's light try Gendarme or Geir Ness. They fade but can still be noticed by those around you.

This is a pleasantly woody musk cologne that is very very selective on skin in which case it works rather well with mine and I am complimented rather highly by both men and women; of course then again IT IS unisex.
