| This citric-marine fragrance is not bad at all but I kinda disagree with the description on the main page. It's really not a babe magnet-type and it could be used for anytime day or night. |

| well, i was not expecting much when the lady at the store sprayed on me this musculine scent.. she said her husband used this..so i will, from now on.definetly a classy scent..i dont agree about aqua notes though.. |

| Smelling Sauvage is like experiencing something beautiful but veeery static. 1881 gives you the promise of beauty and adventure. It´s a lighter and somewhat sweeter sibling of Santos de Cartier a lá 80´s. And by God, Santos de Cartier is so elegant it should be reserved for Lord Elrond of Rivendell. |

| Though I disagree with the ad's evening recommendation, this is a daytime cologne for me: good, fresh and casual. There are better formal evening choices, from Roberto Cavalli, Mont Blanc Individuel, Signature, Bulgari Black and Fernando's pick, Minotaure. True, that's an oriental and this is an aromatic wood green scent. I think it's good but no seabreezes or marine notes that I can detect. Give it a try. Meanwhile I'll stick to Himalaya. |
