| I'm afraid they slightly changed the formula some time. It's hardly noticable in the Eau de Toilette, but the Eau de Cologne is definitely different than it used to be (and I don't mean this Legere version now). I used to find the Eau de Cologne, which was in a different bottle, better than the Eau de Toilette. Not anymore. |

| This stuff is really for older folks. It has such a classic vanilla scent and lasts forever. I really like it. I do not think I would buy it, because, similar to Givenchy Gentleman, this stuff is for 40 and up. However, give props where props are due. A legendary fragrance, just not for me right now - however, I see it in my future. If you are under 40 and want a Guerlain scent - go with Vetiver. The best I have tried from this legendary design house. |

| I guess my nose wasn't yet ready for Habit Rouge a few years ago (see below), but now i think it's a brilliant scent. I really enjoy wearing it. |

| says it all. very weird scent. goes on strong and sweet then settles into some masculine wonder of the 3rd world or something. if you saw mel gibson's apocolypto the entire tribe that got captured could pull this one off. |

| For aristocratic, depraved, and sophisticated barbarians. Yep. Keith Richards, Marianne (not so) Faithfull and --hang on to your hats--Prime Minister Tony Blair. Are the Brits wonderfully crazy, or what? Ok, here's the lowdown: It's a great citrus opening going on to chilled vanilla on ice. Nothing smells quite like it. Strong stuff, so spray lightly! For those who find it too sweet there is, beside the new Legere, an EDC version (confused yet?) which reportedly has more citrus than vanilla notes. IN ANY CASE, this one is cool without trying. Only one disagreement with other admirers: Strictly nightime or autumn/ winter scent--avoid it in the heat. |
