| Today my first bottle of L'Anarchiste arrived - brought on the behest Jude's review and firstly I must say how utterly blown away by this Symphony of smell I am. You spray this stuff and it is powerful, quite a shock, a statement of masculinity. Then the symphony begins and what a song it is - I was dumbfounded as to the complexity of this fragrance - smelling a like a very spicy fragrance one minute then like another greener fragrance, moving through its trapesty of delights; I have become enamoured by this stuff. Longetivity is a powerful property of this fragrance - it needs time to entice you into its delightful embrace - after many hours the dry down to an absolutley beautiful smell of what seems a superb floral smell - the dry down is one of the best smells i have ever encountered - and its hours later and still revealing itself. The creator of this fragrance is a master of smell . enough said - but it now. |

| Thanks perfumeemporium for finally getting this. This stuff is absolutely amazing. The dry down is down right incredible. Flowery, musky, orange like. Very difficult to explain this stuff, but in my top 5. My only problem is my sprayer broke on the bottle. The sprayer top is plastic. Not so good. But the juice itself is incredible. Go to nowsmellthis site for an amazing review. This stuff, like Antaeus, has a flowery manly scent. Dark mysterious. Some describe the initial blast as blood smelling. This may be true, the first spray not so great, but the dry down is absolutely delightful. Finally perfumeemporium got it!!! Very happy about that. Trust me this stuff rocks. For cold winter nights. So very enchanting and long lasting - as are all Carons. I have a particular passion for this stuff. If you agree with my previous reviews, trust me this stuff is top-notch. Dark and mysterious no doubt. Many like the bottle, I do not, it broke on me. However, what is inside the overrated bottle, is a juice from heaven - so unique and dark. A manly, dark, unique, flowerly, mysterious, fragrance that is almost as good as Third Man, and better than Yatagan. I love this stuff!!!!!!!! Hard to think of a more unique mysterious scent. It is such a deep scent, seems to change by the second. I want to buy another bottle. |
