| This is your classic mens scent. Vetiver is better in my opinion, but Guerlain makes only the highest quality of scents. I think this stuff is very good, not great. No way someone would not like it, but as mentioned, not legendary like some of the others I have had. |

| the house of Guerlian has made some masterpieces. This is not one of them. Still, it ain't bad. in fact Guerlian/Bad is pretty damn good when graded on a curve with everything else. Not a spicy, wood oriental. Subtle and somewhat sweet. A 'daytime' workhorse scent indeed, though I could also see using this it for formal (not romantic) occasions. Interesting the number of women posting that they wear this. |

| I initially bought this because it came as a gift set which included deodorant and after shave balm. My fragrances dont last so I used the after shave balm as a lotion. I applied it to all areas which I sprayed the edt. So, this was actually an experiment. I had previously purchased none of my fragrances with accessories. I bought the 1.7oz for $20.00. The vender seemed eager to rid himself of it. I almost didnt buy it, thinking it some crap until I smelled it. It didnt seem special, but it didnt stink. Besides, this was an experiment. I only wore this a couple of times, so I cant say I received any compliments. I always thought the pepper was too strong. Anyway, the last time I smelled it, I kinda liked it. I will have to wear it for more experimentation. It definitely has an elegance to it. |
