| I first discovered Moustache after shave in my early twenties when I was a student in Paris,France. After the first twenty some years, the after shave (much to my chagrin) was discontinued and my only other choice was to put up with the clogne,which does not hve exactly the same scent but is close enough with its wonderful combinations of essences to satisfy my nostalgia and joy of life after using it every day.

| Moustache was doing the modern 'fresh to woods' 50 years before it was popular. If introduced today under a different name I'm confident that no one would notice it's been around forever. The initial notes of lime and 'rare fruits' (i'd love to know what these are) bergamot give way to woodsy and musk notes intertwined with slightly sour citrus notes. I've heard cevat is a component and perhaps that's the 'x' factor that gives Moustache it's depth. I'll be honest I only know of Moustache because my father wore it. I have a 'new' old bottle (the old bottle is round, the new bottle is rectangular) of the concentree, which is what appear to sell here at PE. I don't know if the formula is changed in the new bottle. If you're looking for something unique and distinguished give ol Moustache a try. |

| It smells like a man! A clean man that is... nothing better if you ask me. When my husband and I were dating he wore this. At the time you could only purchase it in Europe. He got it visiting relatives in Italy back in the early 80s. I feel in love with him wearing this... I am getting him some for Christmas this year.. maybe it will bring back some of those old feelings. |
