in the same class with Rochas Man, Body Kouros, Bvlgari Black, and YSL La Nuit de l'homme, at about 1/3 - 1/2 the price. I've seen people say this stuff is a 'ripoff' of Rochas, Bvlgari Black, etc., but I have all these colognes and this stuff is unique. JClaxton is right on the money in saying that this stuff is like 360 White/Le Male with an extra tea spice note. I would say it's the sexier "night version" of 360 white, and it wears well on its own or with a couple sprays of Rochas or La Nuit to top it off. Again, I can't say it enough... Perry Ellis makes numerous real fine fragrances which are comparable to expensive designers...at a fraction of the cost. Most of the PE line (with the exception of original 360 and 360 Blue) are big time winners!

If you like 360 White (a JPG La Male clone) you will love 360 Black because they are similar, but black has an extra tea spice note to it which makes it slightly more masculine and complex. Both are cold weather, romantic or evening colognes though so I don't feel it is fair to compare them to the original 360. Women melt over the smell of both the 360 White and the 360 Black. However, I don't see a need to have BOTH the Black and the White since they are so similar. Just get one or the other. I would say that 360 Red and Perry Reserve are daytime/warmer weather colognes or for those who just want to smell fresh with a light scent. ALL Perry Ellis colognes last a very long time, easily 10 hours. I feel compelled to write about all of them because I have the whole line. Also try the new Perry Ellis (in the rectangular bottle), it is outstanding.

ANOTHER FINE COPY BY PERRY ELLIS, WHICH I WOULDNT MIND USING OCCASIONALLY FOR THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE.

Agree with comparison to bulgari black, with this one being slightly sweeter smelling, and withOUT the rubber, which would definitely seem a wise ommission, but.......why then is this one somehow not as compelling??

Don't know if the name refers to the Black basil it has as the Silver cypress in Romance Silver. This semi-spicy and sweet cologne seems to have decent longevity but definitely doesn't seem original despite it's unique notes in it.

iiiiiiissss bvlgari black or signature or obsession night which all smell very similiar. perry makes great copies but i figured the new "BLACK" would be a remake of polo. first in the 360 line was red "aqua di gio" then blue "clueless junk and then white "jean paul". this is a good copy but i don't care for bvlgari's version.

This is a very fresh yet rich spicy wood sweet oriental. The scent is really long lasting and very unique.
