Perfume Emporium was started in February 1999 by two brothers who, through hard work and determination, were able to bring
their dream of an online beauty store alive. Our mission is to satisfy each customer by providing
personalized service and great prices. Perfume Emporium doesn’t have the big bucks of other online retailers,
and must rely on repeat customers and word of mouth, making us a very customer-oriented company. If you like

This is the quickest and most reliable way to receive your order. Credit cards are charged when the order is placed and shipped within
1 to 2 business days unless the item is out of stock, in which you will be notified.

Perfume Emporium strives to satisfy the customer, without you we wouldn't be in business. If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 60 days of purchase date and we will
promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your
credit card. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used items.
If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone,
order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Send
via US Mail, UPS or FedEx and DO NOT require a signature. Include a Delivery Confirmation or tracking number, as we cannot be
responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered.

COL - Cologne
EDC - Eau de Cologne
Tester - Original bottle and fragrance, just without the original box and without the cap (unless it says with cap).
