I got it from my mom because Irequested it for Christmas. I thought she was goingto get the newer version since it's widely available. She's got me that older, classy one though and I am sooo happy with it! Not only that the big 100 ml bottle is a piece of art with it's beautiful box, but also it smells great. The original is even better, I love kenzo but never had an opportunity to smell d'ete in it's original version yet. Boy. was I suprised! It smells like rain in spring , jasmine, REAL leaf, it's awesome. I was never a fan of "green" characterless scents. But this one is an exception. Doesn't smell like a bathroom refreshner. It's a big time classic fragrance. Yes, i'm a perfume maniac and up until now I thought only scents like Chanel and Opium and Arpege were classy. Now I see even a simple call for nature can be so elegant and great too!
