| Men’s Cologne will generally last much longer than After Shave. However, many men choose to wear both. The fragrance lasts longer, you can use less of each, and you get the facial benefit of an After Shave. |

Coriolan Cologne by Guerlain
| For Coriolan, Jean Paul Guerlain used plants and flowers from faraway lands. In the top note, a breath of freshness arises with lively bergamot combined with mischievous lemon leaf. Neroli and sage add a touch of cheerfulness and lightness. The heart features passionate and spicy notes of ginger and juniper berries garnished with nutmeg. The warm and bold end note exhales the rich woody and ambery scent of vetiver, patchouli, benzoin and immortelle. |

| CORIOLAN COLOGNE REVIEW BY ANOTHER WIFE |
| we, too, bought this at a duty free airport somewhere in Europe back in 2002. my husband tried it on and I wasn't impressed, but after walking around the store, the fragrance developed and I found it irresistible. He hasn't worn anything else for the last 8 years! guerlain stopped making it, but then re-released it in a much more expensive package. does anyone know if the stuff sold here is the original or the newer? |

| CORIOLAN COLOGNE REVIEW BY ALFIE |
| Well this fragrance is quite complex. The top notes is lil bit difficult to understand and also does the heart notes. Somehow, I think that the heart note smells lil bit like pee.
After I rinse my hand with water, the scent is much wearable and acceptable for everybody. It smells nice, powdery. But I think I won't buy this cuz need lots of time to develop the notes from the top until the base notes although I like the base notes. |

| CORIOLAN COLOGNE REVIEW BY J.M. BARRON |
| The main source of William Shakespeare´s Coriolanus is "Life of Caius Martius Coriolanus", taken from Plutarch´s "Lives of the Noble Grecians and Romans". Shakespeare read an English translation by Thomas North. Coriolanus was too honest to bear the populace and the politicians manipulating the people. A Roman hero who defeated his enemies defending Rome but was punished with expatriation thanks to the manipulation of the politicians he had to suffer and the ignorance of the masses. Coriolan was a true and brave warrior and Jean-Paul Guerlain, not Jacques or Aimé Guerlain, chose a gunpowder flask, used in the past, for his small bottle containing the cologne, a true masterpiece created with Juniper, Lemon Tree Leaves, Ginger, Coriander and Immortelle among other compounds. An Immortal, classic, jewel and magnum opus created by Jean-Paul Guerlain. All of them, Mr. Guerlain, Plutarch, Shakespeare and the German genius Ludwig van Beethoven, who composed Coriolanus, seem to coincide in their homage to Coriolanus. |

| CORIOLAN COLOGNE REVIEW BY ERIC |
| You hit the nail on the head. People don't like this because it's dull. This along with Bel Ami, Angel and Michael Kors are some of my least favorite fragrances although others go on and on etc. ad nauseaum about them. I can't tolerate the smell. Whatever floats your boat though. Differences makes the world go round. Hopefully noone will ever wrap this up and give this to me as a gift. My face couldn't hide the devastation. |

| poeple don't like Coriolan because the smell is dull.
Bear in mind that Coriolan like other Guerlain fragrances is actually made of ingredients extracted from natural resources, not sythetic chemicals.
Also this is one of the very few cypress scent for men around nowadays |
